Shipping policy

 The following shipping policies apply for all purchases made on this Website.

Orders placed during the normal business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-6pm est., may take up to 1-3 business days to process. The duration of the processing can fluctuate depending on order volume and availability. Orders placed after hours and/or during weekend hours will begin to process on the next business day. Other circumstances that can extend processing period may include, but are not limited to, unpredicted disasters, holiday rush, and COVID-19 safety precautions. Once a package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.  Due to privacy concerns, I:XLIV cannot reach out to USPS on behalf of the customer. 

If you have concerns of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.

Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. Eligibility for free shipping is accounted for before taxes and after all voucher and discount codes are applied. Purchases of gift certificates do not count towards any free shipping offer.

 

Depending on selections made during checkout, shipping in the United States will take 4-5 business days.
