Jewelry Care Guide

All I:XLIV jewelry is made to be tarnish free, water resistant, and hypoallergenic. We choose materials with the thickest plating wherever possible. Regardless, these pieces need to be cared for to preserve their shine and reduce dullness. If you have questions about what material our jewelry is made of, please visit the FAQ section.

To ensure the longevity and preserve the quality of your I:XLIV pieces:

  1. Always put your jewelry on last, especially after you have finished applying your make-up, lotions, hairspray, perfume, etc.
  1. When undressing, remove jewelry items first, this will help insure that necklaces, bracelets, and earrings don't get caught on your clothes and get damaged.
  1. Avoid chemicals and elements that will cause your jewelry to wear down at a faster rate.
    • Don't wear jewelry in the bath or shower, remember water, soap, and other bath products can damage your jewelry.
    • Don't wear jewelry in the pool, chlorine and salt water can damage your jewelry.
  1. Avoid wearing your jewelry when exercising to reduce the exposure to sweat, which could damage your jewelry.
