SHIPPING & PROCESSING

When will my order ship?

Orders placed during normal business hours, of Monday-Friday 8am-6pm est., may take up to 1-3 business days to process.
*process days can fluctuate depending on order volume and availability
*Orders placed after hours and/or during weekend hours will begin to process next business day. 
Due to COVID-19 there may be unavoidable delays in shipping. If you have an questions on the status of your orders please feel free to contact us.

 

I put the incorrect address on my order.

If your order has not been shipped and/or a tracking number has not been issued to your order, modification of your shipping address will be available. Unfortunately if your order has shipped, I:XLIV is not responsible for any incorrect inputted addresses provided at time the order was placed.

 

 How long will it take for my domestic order to arrive?

Depending on selections made during checkout, shipping within the United States will take 4-5 business days
*This estimate does not include natural disasters or delays caused by the carrier, which I:XLIV does not take responsibility for.

 

My order shipped to the wrong address!

I:XLIV recommends to always review, verify, and confirm inputted addresses at time the order is placed. I:XLIV does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses inputted at the time an order is placed.

Can I modify or Add to my current order?

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. However, you may cancel your order if it has not been shipped.  You can then place a new order for the items you wish to receive. We suggest contacting our Customer Care Team to review the status of your cancelled order prior to placing a new order.  Our Customer Care Team can be contacted at info@ixliv.com

 

Can I call I:XLIV?

No. Although many our most frequently asked questions can be answered in our FAQ Section, if you wish to contact us, please click the "Contact Us" Section of our site at the bottom of this page and send us a message. You will receive the most prompt response if we are contacted during our normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm est.). Outside of those hours, please allow 24-48 hours for a response.  

What material is the jewelry made of?

 I:XLIV provides quality jewelry pieces that are:

    • 14 or 18 karat gold plated- Gold plated jewelry is made of a thin layer of gold electroplated over brass. We choose materials with the thickest plating wherever possible. Regardless, these pieces need to be cared for to live their best lives.
    • Gold Vermeil- Gold vermeil jewelry is made of a thick layer of gold (2.5 microns) electroplated over sterling (.925) silver. Regardless, these pieces need to be cared for to live their best lives.
